Eight Years Today!!

Josh and I have been together for eight years today. Wow how the time has flown by. I don't mean been married, just together. We have been through a lot in eight years. Thank you God for giving me such a loving and wonderful man to spend the rest of my life with!! :)

Also a little info on Sylar at his one month check up he weighed 10pds 15 oz. He will be two months old February 5Th, I can't wait to see how much he weighs. If you can remember what your children weighed at that point please let me know. God Bless!!

It's been a while!

So I have eight days until my due date, ughhh is all I can say! I am so ready to have this child! Today was the first time I got emotional for no good reason- I tell ya my hormones are all out of whack. I would like to ask each of you to keep us in your prayers as we near the due date. 10-10-05 three years ago today I gave birth to my first son!!

Christian is three today!!! He woke up this morning saying "I'm three now not two anymore." I said you sure are big boy! He wanted me show him how to make three on his hand, it's going to take some practice. He can't figure out how to keep the pinky and thumb together. Josh and I have to work all day today so I don't get to love on him all day long:(. But I did send bought cupcakes (since you can't make homemade treats anymore) to his babysitters today so he could feel special there. Josh and I plan on having a little celebration with him tonight just the three of us and then we are having a family party on Sunday. Why do our children have to grow up so fast? Although, I wouldn't want it any other way! I love to watch him learn new things daily! THANK YOU LORD FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL BLESSING!!

Broom's Orchard

We took Christian to Broom's Orchard last Sunday afternoon and we all had a lot of fun!! I told Josh that we need to make this a family affair every year. We all had so much fun examining all the pumpkin's and trying to find the perfect one's. Josh and I was talking and we don't recall ever going to a pumpkin patch and picking a pumpkin out as kids. And since I've always bought my pumpkins from a store I never knew that the stems on the pumpkin are prickly- I kept hurting my hands trying to pick one up to show the family. I hope that all of you can go and enjoy a day at the Orchard. It's in Carlinville.
